6-100 is the main station of the Hillcrest Fire Company No. 1, as well as the base of operation for the Moleston Fire District, and is located at 372-374 North Main Street (Route 45) in the Hillcrest section of Ramapo.

Construction of this station began in October 2015, and was declared operational on February 26, 2017.

The station houses 6-1750, 6-75, 6-Tanker, 6-Rescue, 6-Patrol, 6-Patrol 3, 6-FPU, and Greg Sikorsky's antique Mack.
