3-101 is a substation of the Congers Fire Department, and is located at 40 North Harrison Rd. Constructed in 1958, this firehouse serves to protect the western portion of the fire district which was essentially cut in half by CSX Railroad's West Shore Line. An addition apparatus bay was added to the north side of the building in 1982.

The station houses 3-1500, 3-Marine, and 3-Patrol. Prior to the completion of the firehouse on Route 9W in 2018, 3-Tower was housed at this station.
